Microdosing
I offer microdosing support, both 1:1 and through month-long group cohorts led by myself and a co-facilitator. Microdosing (MD) is known to increase presence and feelings of connection, as well as decrease depression and anxiety. Helping to regulate our nervous system, MD can assist with sleep, support focus and flow states, and create more internal space to be with whatever is arising. MD increases access to our creativity and intuition, as well as heightens our awareness and our senses. MD has a way of bringing us into balance, of calling us to listen on deeper levels and tend to ourselves and our needs.
